Driveway and right-of-way questions can belong to Road and Bridge
Cass County Road and Bridge handles county roads and bridges, including road crew work, bridge and culvert operations, signs, driveway entrances, and right-of-way permits.
A driveway cut along a Cass County road is a road-layer question first. County Road and Bridge handles county roads and bridges, and Cass points drive culvert or entrance questions to that department.
That is different from a state highway issue. A numbered or lettered route belongs with MoDOT, which also runs the traveler map for state road conditions, work zones, and closures. A city street belongs with the city that maintains it.
Sort the layer before you describe the problem. A county bridge, county culvert, sign, driveway entrance, or right-of-way work question can start with Cass County Road and Bridge. A state-route closure, crash delay, or construction detour starts with MoDOT. A subdivision street may need one more ownership check.
