Table Rock's shoreline is Corps-managed

Table Rock Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir. The Little Rock District manages it. That means the shoreline and docks follow the Corps’ Shoreline Management Plan, not just county rules.

If you are buying a place and counting on a dock, slow down and check a few things. Make sure any dock is permitted. Ask whether the permit can transfer to you, since the Corps issues these permits and sets the terms. Then learn the shoreline rules for your area. The county still handles property records and taxes, but it does not control the shoreline.

This is different from a private lake, where one owner or group sets the rules. It is also different from nearby Lake Taneycomo. For dock and shoreline questions, the Little Rock District is the place to confirm what is allowed.
