Road questions can start at Taney County Road and Bridge

A pothole near Mount Branson and a culvert on the east side may not land on the same desk. Taney County Road and Bridge has its main office in Forsyth, a county highway administrator, road standards, a road petition form, and local headings for Mount Branson, west-side District 1, east-side District 2, and the transfer station.

That routing matters before anyone can fix the road. Branson city streets, MoDOT highways, county roads, and private drives are different channels. A mailing address may not tell you who maintains the pavement or gravel.

When you report a road issue, write down the road name, nearest crossroad, and what kind of problem you see: pothole, culvert, low shoulder, washout, or bridge concern. Then start with Taney County Road and Bridge if it appears to be a county road.
