Laclede County road questions start with the right road district
Laclede County's Road and Bridge page separates county roads from special road districts, so a road complaint works better when you identify who maintains the road first.
Gravel, signs, and bridges around Lebanon do not all land on the same desk. Laclede County Road and Bridge handles county roads, rights of way, bridges, and signs, while road districts tied to places such as Lebanon, Conway, and Phillipsburg can have their own lane.
A road name is the useful clue. A private drive, city street, county road, state highway, lettered route, or special road district road can point to a different crew. Calling the county shop first may still help, but it works better when you can name the road and say whether it is inside a city or on the state system.
For a rough crossing, missing sign, or bridge worry, sort the road layer before filing the complaint. MoDOT is the better path for a numbered highway or lettered route.
