Benton County GIS is a property starting point

Benton County's Assessor says its GIS mapping provides aerial photography and limited property information, with more detail available by subscription.

A Benton County parcel search often starts with the map. The GIS has aerial photography and limited property information, which is enough to get oriented around Warsaw, the lake country, or a rural road before calling an office.

Do not treat that map as the whole file. Building components, values, deed history, and tax amounts sit behind the subscription side of the real estate data system. The public GIS view can help you confirm the parcel shape, nearby roads, and visible improvements, but it will not answer every ownership, tax, or deed question.

The map is the first look. The next counter depends on the question: Assessor for value and mapping, Recorder for recorded instruments, Collector for bills and paid receipts.
